I was able to get an appointment quickly and my technician, Sean showed up in the window I was goven. Sean was efficient with his time and was able to diagnosis and fix the heater problem quickly. He was honest and didn’t try to sell me into something I didn’t need. He replaced the part, gave me some tips and was out of the house within a hour. I strongly recommend Affordable Air, in particular Sean. Ask for him!
great customer service, from the moment I received the call from the business representative (less than an hour after I called them) through the technician visit and work at my home. It was a A+++ service. Everybody was very courteous and professional in their communication with me, and the description of their fees and the work done was clear and very fair considering how fast they came to my home. Sean, the technician was very polite and knowledgeable. He did what was needed to solve the issue with my home furnace. Highly recommended business, I will keep doing business with them for sure.
My heater blower was not coming on. Contacted Affordable Air, since they are located here in Santa Clarita they responded in a very short time. Technician Gabriel was over the house within 10 minutes. He was able to quickly isolated the cause of the problem and explained what needed to be done.I am very satisfied with his performance would not hesitate calling them again if the need arises. After dealing with four different companies to see what was wrong with my furnace and given different opinions on what was wrong and being severely over priced. I was recommended to Affordable Air by a coworker. After meeting and seeing the quality of work that Matt and Danny from Affordable Air did on my furnace I will never look elsewhere. Matt and Danny didn’t just do great work but they where kind and professional and made sure that before they left that all our questions where answered. They also cleaned up after themselves. My wife and I are pleased with Kenny and his performance in locating the problem with our A/C unit. He was very informative, and professional in explaining the problem and solution. We are also pleased with the office staff, Lupe and Janet for being helpful and kind to schedule, update and the appointments. The day of the A/C replacement John explained the change out process from start to completion.
